A Note from Tali:

You are already enough, exactly as you are. It’s time to finally believe that. And, in believing it, you may find that there are things in your life you’re ready to change.

Do you feel stuck and sense that extra support would be helpful? Maybe you feel overwhelmed with uncertainty, pain, or loneliness. Maybe relationships aren’t panning out how you hoped.

I’ve navigated waters of uncertainty, loneliness and pain. I know what it’s like to come up for air to get help. I understand the importance of being seen and accepted and I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, and experiences of loneliness or disconnection.

As a member of both LGBTQIA+ and Jewish communities, I know the crucial value of feeling like you belong. I bring this sensitivity to my work with clients from a range of backgrounds and communities and bring particular expertise in working with LGBTQIA+ clients with a deeply affirming approach.

Taking the step to research providers that resonate with you is an important part of taking ownership of your mental health journey. Trusting your intuition in who you choose to step into this healing path with is a powerful choice you are already on track to make.

As a therapist, I aim to cultivate a space where honesty, self-compassion, and non-judgement guide our conversations. My approach blends a respect for evidence-informed approaches and a holistic view of your story and unique needs. My work is grounded in CBT and mindfulness based practices to help reduce anxiety and connect to the current moment. Together, we can turn the volume down on the relentless inner critic and turn up the volume on our most compassionate inner self. We can rewrite our interpretation of inherited worldviews. And in turn, by developing a better relationship with ourselves, our other other relationships can blossom.

Finding the right therapist matters. If something in my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a consultation to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
