Monthly Rental Prices:

• $1150/month for Tuesdays and Wednesdays - a 2 day a week rental (14X14 windowed office)

  $1050 for all day Wednesday and Friday - a 2 day a week rental (12X12 windowed office)

• Two day rental minimum. Starting rate is $450/interior and $550 for windowed office

• First month’s rent and security deposit required at lease signing
