To be clear, this is not a therapy session with cocktails and snacks. Rather it is a social event designed to give people a chance to tap into the wisdom of local experts and get to know real psychotherapists outside of their offices. It’s a chance to see that mental health professionals are not intimidating and that it actually feels good to talk about what’s real in our lives.

Even though we listen actively as a part of our jobs daily, this unique experience has let us connect with others with the intent to be compassionate, and mindfully listen.
