A note from Ladi:

Do you notice how negative thoughts or unresolved feelings; like sadness, anger, past traumas or unresolved grief affect your relationship with yourself and significant others in your life?  I am here to listen. When our sense of self feels limited so does our ability to imagine alternatives.

I enjoy the privilege of accompanying my clients on their individual journeys of healing and self-discovery. I use a warm, but direct approach, supporting my clients in feeling comfortable but also confident in the quality of care they are receiving. I am passionate about my work, and enjoy leading people through their growth and healing process. For the past 17 years I have helped individuals and families through various roles and now serve as a Psychotherapist.

I assist individuals dealing with depression, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse/ assault, past child abuse, and various mental health ailments. I provide an emphatic, non-judgmental and confidential environment in which we work together to identify and explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors which interfere with you reaching your maximum potential for happiness in life and relationships.

As a woman of color born in Nigeria, I work with an acute awareness of cultural identity. I understand the impact culture of origin has on how we live our lives. I have helped many people overcome life challenges that connect to their cultural identity. My approach to therapy encompasses a warm and compassionate style while still challenging clients to elicit internal motivation and change.

It is my goal to create a supportive, secure, and safe space for people of all ages to work through their concerns. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I look forward to working with and helping you along your journey.
